    Siddhant Tyagi, the Founder of Ergon Eco Solutions, is a Mechanical Engineer with a professional diploma in Product Design. His strong technical foundation, combined with hands-on industry experience, allows him to bring both precision and innovation to every project.

    He began his journey in the solar sector in 2019, working on-ground to understand the practical challenges of renewable energy adoption in India. In 2022, driven by his vision to make clean energy accessible and cost-effective, he established Ergon Eco Solutions.

    In just three years, under his leadership, the company has grown from 0 kWp to more than 3,000 kWp of solar installations—delivering reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions to businesses and industries. His approach blends engineering expertise, customer-focused solutions, and entrepreneurial drive—earning Ergon Eco Solutions a reputation for reliability, transparency, and long-term value creation.

    Shashank, a Mechanical Engineer by qualification, serves as the Head of Projects & Operations at Ergon Eco Solutions. With a strong technical foundation and hands-on expertise, he ensures that every solar project is executed with precision, quality, and efficiency.

    In the last one year alone, he has successfully delivered more than 500 kWp of solar projects, showcasing his ability to manage complex installations and drive operational excellence. From project planning and site management to execution and client satisfaction, Shashank oversees the complete delivery cycle with a focus on reliability and timely completion.

    Known for his problem-solving mindset and structured approach, Shashank plays a pivotal role in strengthening Ergon Eco Solutions’ reputation for transparency, quality, and long-term value creation.
